Are you the same Mr. Cenedella?

December 2, 2015

Dear Mr. Cenedella,

Are you the same Mr. Cenedella who at members' meetings stands at the back by the door and shouts at the top of his lungs, interrupting members who are speaking, and then shouts to adjourn the meetings?

Are you the same Mr. Cenedella who at the 2014 members' meeting, yelled, abused and berated Mr. Caraballo while he was trying to calmly explain his point of view to the members in attendance?

Are you the same Mr. Cenedella who at the December membership meeting in 2013 shouted at those in attendance that they should go back to their art and not ask questions or seek information about the Cantilever transaction?

Sal Forte spoke at the October members' meeting and specifically addressed certain members of the Administration and Board, and told them that he didn't like them. He did not threaten anyone. He has not been barred from classes; his membership lapsed and has long since been reinstated.

And how, Mr. Cenedella, did you get access to confidential student information and then disseminate it in violation of League rules (a dismissible offense) and Federal law?

Facts matter. And significant issues raised by ASL 2025 can't just be ignored and papered over with non-responsive invective.
Sincerely,

ASL 2025 - The Reform Team

Marne Rizika, President
Susan Brauser, Vice President
Richard Caraballo, Vice President
Roberto Franzone, Board Member
Salvatore Forte, Board Member
Walanne Steele, Board Member
